In mid-September we had announced a public lecture by Dr. Alessio Patalano on Sino-Japanese maritime security to be held at Temple University Japan Campus. The information was originally provided by Michael Cucek from Shisaku, despite my best efforts to keep abreast of the latest developments in this field. To return the favour, as well as to share with the rest of JFPO's readership, I would like to call your attention to the recording of the said lecture.
